Shower Enclosure Bathroom Project in Limerick

A shower area with coordinated tiling

This bathroom combines a glass shower enclosure and shower tray with warm, stone-effect wall and floor tiles. The same family of finishes carries through the shower area and the rest of the room, with a recessed tiled shelf providing a detail beside the shower.

The photograph also shows the basin, toilet and window within the completed bathroom. It gives you a view of how the shower enclosure and tiled surfaces fit into the room as a whole. This particular example uses a shower tray and enclosure.

For a similar bathroom refit, share photos of the existing shower, the surrounding walls and the floor. Tell us whether you want an enclosure and tray, a walk-in shower or a wetroom, along with any changes to the basin or toilet. Those options need to be discussed in relation to your space.

Tanking and waterproofing are part of the conversation when planning wet areas. A finished photo cannot show the layers beneath the tiles, so we discuss the preparation and waterproofing requirements for your own project when considering its scope.
